Even if Ron Paul loses this election, I think he will have a much better chance of winning the next go-round. Assuming that the country lasts that long...

Well, I had only heard of two of the 10 republican candidates before the debates. Giuliani and Paul. I've recognized Giuliani as scum for ages now. I first became aware of Paul as a champion for freedom and the Constitution. Paul is now all over the news and all over the net. He has an enormous base of popular support. Most importantly Paul's support is ACTIVE. More than half of America doesn't bother to vote, they effectively don't matter. It's safe to say that Paul's supporters are voters.

Assuming the country does last that long, what makes you certain that Paul or someone of his views and morals will run? It's now or never. I'm still keeping my powder dry.

If he loses, we should form a new US government. :508:

Ron Paul will win if everyone votes for him.
Ron Paul was given a tremndous confidence boost after this last debate with the polling putting him leaps and bounds ahead of the other candidates.
This confidence will translate into even better debating points in future contests.
