I agree that a reversal appears to be close.

This P&F chart is a LT scale (3 x 50). The Double Bottom formation sell signal that voilated the Bullish Support line in July 2002 was the first sign of trouble. This current Triple Top buy signal is under that line as noted by the broken lines AND is under the LT Bearish support line. The S&P500 bullish % index has recently slipped from 82 to 79 adding gas to this bear fire.
