Greetings, and welcome!
First, it IS a good idea to be certain that the product you are using is
what we call an isolated silver product ( EIS - Electrically Isolated
Silver ). If the parts per million ( concentration of silver ) is above 26
PPM, it's likely that you have a stabilized silver compound such as silver
protein or silver citrate; here is where the real danger lies concerning
argyria.
My experience indicates that with localized treatment, including topically,
in the mouth, bronchial tubes, and lungs, there is no doubt that
electrically isolated silver ions are the most effective form of silver (
EIS most often has between 80-95% silver ions, and 5-20% silver particles ).
Second, one of the best inhalation delivery methods for colloidal silver is
with an ultrasonic nebulizer. For a bronchial condition, one would need to
nebulize small amounts often, even as often as every 15 minutes. The silver
ions coat the bronchial tubes, but they must be kept coated in order for the
silver to be effective.
Third, a great addition to specifically address asthma is to utilize MSM
orally ( or even a bit mixed in with the silver ). In order to achieve a
measure of effectiveness, a therapuetic dose of between 10 and 20 grams
needs to be taken daily ( orally-- mixed in good water ) for about two
weeks. Sometimes I've heard of significant relief using MSM in as little as
three days.
Next, for asthma, bronchitis, and sinus infections, I can't stress enough
how effective high heat cayenne pepper can be, when used just prior to
nebulizing ( or even by itself ). Of course, the difficulty here is that
using cayenne effectively is a bit uncomfortable ( HOT ). A small amount is
added to a small amount of warm water. This mixture is taken into the
mouth, and one holds it in the mouth for as long as one can stand it... and
then one swallows it.
