First, please see this link and tell me if it's new info to you guys. http://www.silver-colloids.com/Reports/reports.html
It distinquishes the type of colloidal silver available for purchase and also states that the home made types are in fact of the substandard types. It splits them into Silver Solution (or Silver Ion solution), Silver Protien, and then true Colloidal Silver.
This resource is the only scientific looking source I could find for the types and legitimacy of colloidal silver. However, it is apparently owned by the founder of http://www.purestcolloids.com/ which makes MesoSilver (among other metal colloids).
Do you think it's a scam that this research site shows that MesoSilver is the most potent colloidal silver available that lab tests were completed on? I find it odd but don't necessarily discount it just because.
Also, how much colloidal silver should be taken, and in what manner (oral, inhalation, etc), to treat common ailments such as viruses and ear/nose/throat infections?
The first site above reports that the cheap silver solutions will eventually cause a person to suffer from a poisoning effect that turns the skin a blueish-grey. However true solutions, that they report only 4 of (one being theirs) will never cause this regardless of how much you ingest. Has anyone found this to be true or heard this as well?
Thanks much!
