i take 800 mg ibuprofen when it acts up and i stay clear from chewing gum and bagels.

Thanks J-son. She's been popping a lot of painkillers lately too. It's getting more frequent and is having an effect on her day to day life at this point. And gum is right out. I'm hoping someone has info on potential cures or treatments. Have you tried anything else , heard of anything? I can't find too much googling around.

there isnt much else...she can sleep with some sort of mouth piece to prevent teeth grinding at night..

thats about it....my wife is a dentist and thats what she's told me.
