If the United States launches an attack on Iran, the Islamic republic will retaliate with a military strike on Israel's main nuclear facility.
Dr. Abasi, an advisor to Iran's Revolutionary Guard, said Tehran would respond to an American attack with strikes on the Dimona nuclear reactor and other strategic Israeli sites such as the port city of Haifa and the Zakhariya area.
Haifa is also home to a large concentration of chemical factories and oil refineries.

Zakhariya, located in the Jerusalem hills is - according to foreign reports - home to Israel's Jericho missile base. Both Israeli and international media have published commercial satellite images of the Zakhariya and Dimona sites.
Abasi, a senior lecturer at Tehran University, was quoted in the Roz internet news site, identified with reform circles in Iran.
Iranian affairs experts believe Abasi's statements are part of propaganda battle being wages by all sides - including Israel and Iran - in the lead up to next months United Nations Security Council debate on Iran's nuclear program.
At this stage, the possibility that sanctions will be leveled at Iran are extremely low.

Maybe the plan is to get the Israelis to move it and have a chance to hit it in a less secure place. I don't think the Iranians are stupid enough to telegraph the punch.

What they (Iran) don't have is nuclear weapons, but bombs and missiles? OH YEAH, those they do have.......I sure as hell wished that they did have nuclears and that way we can get the show on the road, the sooner is done the sooner it will be over.......why suffer?.

Iran will say a lot of things. Then, they'll do something else.

However it goes down this much is certain:

1. Iran has taken and is taking a great many well thought-out steps to prepare both for any initial strike and a potent counterstrike of their own.

2. Russia and China are firmly in Iran's corner, and eager to see us take it in the shorts. They're been working toward this end for several years already, not simply since 2001. Think since Gulf War I.

3. U.S. forces in Iraq may be lost en masse, and all forces deployed in and around the Gulf will be in dire straits (no pun intended,) should the U.S. or Israel be foolish enough to attack.

One day history will no doubt record the efficacy and wisdom of George W. Caesar's MidEast madness as it presently does Hitler's invasion of the U.S.S.R. in 1941.

Wellllllllll the real question is "whose side will the state of Israel fight for???"

You must remember that they have been making secret deals and selling top secret US weapons to China and Turkey and only God knows who else.

Am I worry? hell yes, nothing like having the enemy living in your own land as you know the state of Israel has many sleepers and in the US who act as spies and uncles who supplies them whit what ever they need and who knows what else.

There not telling us there strategy. What they are putting out is propaganda. Like during the First gulf war when we told the media we were going one way and went in over there heads. They will be looking at that site when Iran hits the last place they expected. Oil will stop shipping and i beleive they would try to strike a deal with china or russia. "Protect us and you can get all the oil you want at this price, Unlimitted supplies".

Lets not forget that China can send a very large army to the middle east even after a lot of nukes have gone off. Russia can match the U.S. nuke for nuke and a lot of theirs are missing. So if they start going off they will say it is not are fault. Russia I believe has warned the Israeli government before about their evil. Like BB posted here once I believe, if someone nukes London and the Israeli government we might all get to live in peace. I will not hold my breath but it sure might be nice. One more on wall street and the rest of mankind would have a really good chance at living in peace.
