This is outrageous and criminal. There should be no bailouts period, Congress should revoke all previous committed bailout funds, including Fannie and Freddie. These corrupted entities should have their books opened for public scrutiny.

Special prosecutors should be appointed and Grand Juries assembled, charges should be filed against the thousands of corrupted individuals, including politicians, and we should get to the bottom of this and put people in prison and seize their ill gained assets. Justice is the only remedy.

There should be some kind of a mechanism for the Judiciary branch to be involved before a bill like this even hits the floor.

I really don't think congress is qualified to review it for legality first...:D
