Dear Friends,
I believe the reaction in gold and gold shares is over but be prepared for the Cartel to take one last desperation shot at me/us this week! Remember the Unholy Opposition can read!
I was in Phoenix, Arizona over the weekend speaking to a superb group of knowledgeable gold community members thanks to Pat Gorman and my 30-year friend Arlen S. Both of these men are excellent hosts. After returning to CT and speaking with Kenny Adams and another well- placed professional trader in gold, I wish to add an important criterion to the Heads Up of last night.
In our opinion, you should not be influenced by an attempt over the next three trading days by the Cartel of Common Interest to try to hold gold back. This effort will not, I believe, be able to restrain bullion from launching another attack on the $400 level beginning no later than the Friday close.
I reiterate the opinion that the reaction of the gold price is, in all practical sense, over. Any weakness from this point is an opportunity that I will take advantage of, thank you, Mr. Cartel of Common Interest.
Therefore, be prepared late today or in the next few days to see some attempt by the usual suspects to weaken gold. That attempt, in my opinion, will fail by Friday.
