Sounds to me like an intelligent cancer with an intent to metasticize. Americans accept anything under the guise of "help", "security" or "freedom". The military just wants you to accept their ubiquitous presence so that they can be in position, unchallenged, when it's time to bring the NWO-sponsored, Neo-Nazi police state followed by the return of The Final Solution. Seriously though, I think you are dead on with this angle. The .gov is preparing the military to take blatantly illegal action, running straight over Posse Comitatus, against the people inhabiting this country. WE know why but J6P will say "OTAY" for the exact reason that Shandooga stated - help, security, freedom... if you asked 25 people on the street what the PCA was, how many do you think could actually tell you? My guess is maybe two.
