Since I listened to this whole clip, I suppose I could offer a mini-review.
McCanney makes a pretty good case for a shift of the whole outer crust of the earth when a large planetary body passes the earth in close proximity. Needless to say when this occurs it's rather traumatic for the locals (us). He makes the case for the old north pole being a point just north of lake superior and the region surrounding it being covered in ice, as opposed to the view that the ice age brought the glaciers to minnesota.
He also talks about gov disinfo efforts.
