This is something I found out a couple of weeks ago. Apparently we are also using the "Wartime" flag as our common flag.

QWAK,Somthing else people usualy are not awair of: The BALL on top of EVERY flag pole on MILITARY BASES and FORTS is calld a "TRUCK" and in side that ball is a BULLET (generly 45 cal.) and the reason is so that the base or fort will NEVER be DEFENCLESS and UNARMED!:albertein

This forum is for open discussions on the government hoax, the illusion there are "states" and "citizens." The main focus should be libertarianism/voluntaryism; the bringing about a voluntary society by voluntary, non-violent means.

The theme, if there is one, is that all human interaction should be voluntary; no service or product should be provided at the barrel of a gun.

Because this is not a statist forum, it follows this is not a "patriot" forum. By statist I mean people who believe in "states." By "patriot" I mean people who believe there are "states" and "citizens", that the United States constitution is a valid, binding written instrument. Patriots believe there has been a corruption of a good system. It’s the "few bad apples" position. I take a completely different position. I look at the facts: the "government" or is a group of men and women doing business at the barrel of a gun. I don’t expect justice from violent, anti-social men and women.

There are no "states," "citizens," or "Citizens." Any position, method or argument that accepts the concept of a "state" and "citizens" as valid is flawed and irrational. This includes the "common law" stuff. Any position giving legitimacy to a service provided on a violent basis is inconsistent with the basic premise that human interaction should be voluntary.

Typical patriot mythology includes using legal arguments to prove there has been a corruption and people are just being tricked by bureaucrats. Point out the trick and these violent individuals will drop their guns and leave you alone. It’s always the same claim: thousands of people have already had their cases dropped and if it doesn’t work for you it’s because you misapplied the information. One of these arguments is putting your name in all CAPS and using colons, dashes and semi-colons to separate your names i.e., Marc; Stevens, Marc: Stevens. It’s not rational or consistent with the facts that men and women who are not concerned with getting your consent are going to drop their guns because they noticed a semi-colon in your name. This doesn’t mean cases have not been kicked out because people used such methods. It only means there is no rational basis to the arguments.

If people want to discuss patriot type arguments (such as "Citizen" and opposed to "citizen"), then please keep them in context and limit discussion to why they are irrational (if in doubt, ask if the position accepts the concept of a "state"; if so, then it’s irrational). This forum is not the place for the promotion of these arguments and their proponents. I encourage the posting of particular patriot methods or arguments for the sole purpose of pulling them apart and showing why they are irrational and, or ineffective.

I am tired of hearing about the latest and greatest "silver bullet" and I hope we can use this forum to help put such nonsense to rest.

Nothing in Adventures in Legal Land is hailed as a "silver bullet." Adventures is not a "how-to-win," or "self-help: book; it is not about winning court cases; it is about exposing the public relations scam known as "nations" and politics. Even if putting your name in all CAPS is a scam, it doesn't expose the government hoax.
