I'm always interested in easy and proven ways to maintain my health. I've been doing "The Master Cleanser" a couple of times a year now for a while and I feel it is a great way to rid your body of toxic material. This is NOT a diet to lose weight--it is a 10 day program designed to clean you out and then you can go back to your healthy lifestyle.:cheerful:
I can't claim miracle health benefits because my goal is to stay healthy, however you can read all the rave reviews at amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0963926209/sr=8-1/qid=1148745961/ref=pd_bbs_1/102-6270515-8901739?%5Fencoding=UTF8
For a book and diet that has just spread thru word of mouth alone, it has been phenomenally popular. Every time I've checked Amazon it has always been in the top 500.
But you don't need to buy the book. I found a copy of the full book as a pdf and I've attached here. I didn't see any copyright--the author passed away years ago.

If it looks interesting you may want to purchase a bound copy since it really isn't very expensive.

Thank you M. I have been looking for a tried cleansing system. I desparately need to do a cleaning of internal toxins. Too bad we don't have a system for cleansing external toxins
I want to educate myself on a healthier life style.

I've never tried it myself, but I believe the master cleanse is a good cleanse. I've never heard of anyone having a real tough time with that one.
But you have to be careful out there. I have seen a lot of people get into trouble when they are on various cleanses. Sometimes they problems arise from taking various supplements or cleansing agents. Other problems arise when people go on a fast and then come off the fast in the wrong way.
The reason for cleanses in the first place is excess. When people have symptoms of excess, they go for an excessive solution. This adds insult to injury. The pendulum swings wildly, and the body suffers. Cleansing is great, but go slowly and listen to your body. Try fasting or cleansing for one or two days, then go back to your usual diet and see how you feel. If everything goes well, try it again in a few weeks for a slightly longer duration. JMHO.

Good stuff, I did 2 Master cleanses 7-10 days each with great results. I do change the protocol a little, substituting Epsom salt with Homozon. The reasons are that
* I find it very difficult to drink Epsom salt. Homozon doesn't taste any better (it's like chalk), but you only need a little, vs. a quart of Epsom salt.
* Homozon in itself is a very powerful cleanse, it reaches everywhere through the bloodstream. Regular Master cleanse will only cleanse the colon. TPTB viewed it such a threat to their pharma business that they went as far as murdering it's inventor.
There is a very active Master creanse forum here (http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=478)

Thank you for the link and I'm glad you are having good results with the cleanse but I don't understand why you are drinking epsom salt water. The book says to use sea salt (which is what I've been doing). It's like drinking warm chicken broth. The book doesn't mention epsom salt at all.

Sorry, it's been a couple of years since my last cleanse. Sea salt, not Epsom salt
If you can drink it, fine... I couldn't stand it

Thanks for the info on the homozon. I haven't done the master cleanse but I've done 3 liver flushes with great results. If you're carrying those gallstones around with you it can't be doing you any good.
curezone.con is the best site I know of on the subject....I bet the Rockefellers and Schiffs would love to shut it down "to protect innocent children" from flaky remedies not approved by the much respected AMA.

No gallstones in me, tried twice and only one 0.75-inch stone and a few small ones. Probably all that olive oil I consume. Wife used same protocol and had enough stones to build a house, so I know it works.
I heard from my homeopath that Homozon may become illegal (it's made in UK and CODEX is cracking down on homeopathy in EU). I want to stock up for good but I don't know how long it lasts. azurestandard.com is the cheapest place to buy.
