Bring Back Our Troops Now!

I find it odd that TPTB speak of the Geneva Convention;

"Article 13 of the Third Geneva Convention says clearly that prisoners of war must at all times be protected... against insult and public curiosity," said ICRC spokeswoman Nada Doumani.

May I add that there is "NO DECLARED WAR" occurring in Iraq at this time. Hence, the Geneva Convention is only applicable in war, not undeclared, illegitimate "police actions."

Of course, the Geneva Convention would be applicable if the UN Security Council or our Congress had sanctioned military action, but they did not.

This has all the makings of another Vietnam.........
