The minority staff of the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, under the leadership of Congressman John Conyers (D., Mich.) has produced over the past many months a staggering report, just released, which documents the hard evidence of crimes and abuses committed by President Bush and his administration (breaking 26 specific laws). This report, "The Constitution in Crisis," should provide the raw material for numerous news reports and point reporters toward fertile ground for additional investigations.

Funny that a Democrat would bother to worry about the Constitution. Sounds like the pot calling the kettle black. The protectors of American rights are few and far between.

"Government cannot give anything it first doesn't take from someone else."
Ralph Epperson

This can be applied to money and or rights, such as the right to bear arms.

Point being that this is just a power grab by the good Congressman. Don't get me wrong I would love to see Bush & Company on trial for crimes against the Constitution and Humanity, but to be thorough you would have to paw through all of the trash, and DC has been a dumping ground for nearly 100 years.

Just now? What about Clinton, Bush Sr, Reagen, Carter, Ford, Nixon, Johnson, Kennedy, Eisenhower, Truman, Roosevelt (commie). . . Bush Jr is just the latest in a long, long line of Constitution violators.

Face it boys and girls, our Constitution has been slowly taken away from us, and we have done nothing! It's our fault, we allowed it. Too busy doing something else, making a living, watching sports, raising a family. . .etc to notice our TRUSTED GOV'T OFFICIALS were robbing us blind. Then we praise them.

We can change this, if we want.

Hey, Saum, you tagline by Lord (his shit does not smell) Keynes is the same as the 5th plank of the communist manifesto. Good lookin' out, yo!

Check out Ralph Eppersons book, The Unseen Hand. The first four chapters should be taught each year of primary school. Not sure what to think of what follows yet, not deep enough into it to make a book report. I actually took that quote from one of Buchanan's books before I knew who Keynes was. Little did I know that the a**hole was saying it to a pack of secretive thugs and was proud to make the statement about his grand plan. Again kudos to the GIM Founders.

The biggest constitutional defalcations this century were Brown V Board, PLessy V Ferguson, and Roe V Wade. All of which are obnoxious over-reachings by the federal Supreme Court, abrogating important local laws and systems under the excuse of the 14 th amendment, which was bull because those systems were firmly in place during and after the 14th amendment and they did not "discover" these new constitutional doctrines until oh, seventy plus years later.

Basically, virtually no Whites anywhere in 1950s wanted integration, outside the drooling kosher red liberals like Earl Warren, who opened the door to the federal executive shoving it down the throats of all the states, without so much as a SINGLE CONGRESSIONAL VOTE. Warren MADE UP a federal law, that would not have otherwise ever been passed, plain and simple. Then later they did the same thing with abortion.

The US congress had a choice-- they need not have capitulated. At any time they could have stripped the Supreme and federal courts of jurisdiction over either school-segregation cases or socalled reproductive privacy cases. THEY COULD DO THAT NOW. They will not do that because they are bought-off cowards and weaklings, and we have been over-run by too many aliens who hate our guts and are using "civil rights" aka desegregation and "feminist" contrivances like abortion to destroy our living space, exterminate our unborn youth, and displace us with millions of unwashed third world savages.

Today the Constitution is a joke. What happens to detainees at GITMO is probably unlawful but it's a molehill compared to the mountain that's being ignored.

Basically we do not live in a perfect world. Some presidents may abuse their power but sometimes they may have to to right things. Although it isn't right its liable to happen.
