I've been doing some research on chelation and other ways to pull toxins/heavy metals from your body...

My main concern was trying to find something for my 2 yr old that went through the standard set of doct. recommended immunizations (yeah, I know - I should have research first...) Anyways - a friend of mine recommended this stuff:

http://www.phisciences.com/crystal_energy.html

anyone have any personal experience with this product or can comment on it?

Thanks!!

I know nothing regarding the product you've identified.

However---dimercaptosuccinic acid will remove heavy metals.

First-hand knowledge.

I can see that you are very concerned for your child.

I have a great deal of belief and faith in alternative medicine. I know of little that has a large background of knowledge for 2 year olds.

I would suggest you strongly consider that the cure may be worse than the disease - at least for this purpose at this point in the two year olds life.

Call me an old fart that doesn't like taking needless chances if you like.

But hey, that's how I got to be an old fart.

From personal experience you have to be careful with chelation treatment. My duaghter had mercury, lead and arsenic in her system. It took 2 years to get her well. Too fast chelation can make a person very ill. I wish you and your little one the best. I would suggest an alternative health doctor to help you with the treatment.

I would be overly cautious with any young being.

But there is this stuff as well:

Bentonite Clay (http://www.cleanse.net/newsite/articles/bentonite.html)

I have used this successfully, but then, I am not 2 years old. Be careful!

Does EDTA pull out calcium as well?I`ve heard about people`s teeth crumbling after EDTA.

Edta pulls out metals. Calcuim is a metal.

Done properly, there should be no problem with teeth.

Does it pull out all metals including calcium, magnesium, iron etc?Wouldn`t such demineralization make you very sick? How about regular sauna?Should be much safer and much more enjoyable.

It does pull them out in varying amounts. You must take supplements to replace the essential minereals that you need.

Calcification for want of a better explanation, could be called the glue that holds together arterial sclerosis.

I do not suggest EDTA chelation for general purposes and believe there will be little or no benefit unless you have a problems with calcification in some manner. The most common problems would be heart related.

Another thread on calcification that chronicles my experiences

cilntro pulls heavy metals out

I've heard chlorella is good for that, too.

sauna, sweat lodge, hot baths or mud baths may be effective without being invasive.

the kid is probably not too toxic, and gentle interventions should be effective at this point.

I have had 70+ intravenous chelation sessions in the past 3 years. I was diagnosed with a 100% blockage in my LAD ( Left Anterial Decending Artery ) and underwent open heart surgery, single bypass, mammary to LAD. The surgery was a failure according to my cardiologist.

They wanted to open me up again. I refused. The also claimed I had 70+% blockage in my right carotid artery, 100% blocked right femoral artery, 90% blocked left common illiac. The leg blockages are PAD. I was not able to walk 1/10 mile without extreme pain in both legs forcing me to stop.

They wanted to do several surgeries on me.

My Wife ( From old Asia ) went banannas and really went after "western medical care which relies on pills and cutting people in pieces" in a big way. I felt I had nothing to lose so I took her advice, quit smoking, changed my diet to one which is less fatty, more fish, chicken , vegetables. Green tea rather than cokes. Intravenous EDTA Chelation, here in Punta Gorda.

I have since been checked and rechecked. They said to leave the right carotid alone as it's at roughly 50% blockage. Walking? ?I speed walk at a level 3-4 incline on the treadmill and am able to do 2+ miles at that incline at 4MPH. For the heck of it I did a 1/4 mile at a level 10 incline at 5MPH and let me tell ya, I was sweating thru that but did it. I was NOT sore the day after.

Far as the heart, the cardiologist says no worries about a heart attack and while the surgery in his opinion was a failure, he seems to think I'll be fine. That my blood flow is good and as long as I " don't break any rock piles down too fast" I'll be fine.

I didn't need his opinion quite frankly.

It's like a miracle. Or it is a miracle. :clap2:

I bought a far infrared sauna for removing toxins. Dang, it's hard to sit in 135 degrees for 30 minutes, but I'm trying. Far infrared is touted to have many other benefits.
