Who among us.... wakes up with the Sunrise?

....I'm feelin' like this would be really cool to do. Really comforting, peaceful, natural.

Part of my brain starts to protest that: It may involve what feels like alot of retooling/reshuffling in everyday activities, along with eating healthy (more raw foods/fruits/veggies?), establishing a routine, etc.

Did ya guess I'm a current city dweller yet?...

I wake early every morning for a few years now....ever since I stopped the drinking and druggin'. I love the mornings. :smile:

I drive 30 miles one way to work. I start at 4:30 am which gets me up at just after 3:00am M-F. The hours really get to me sometimes. At least I get off of work at 1:00pm. I usually go home and take about a 2 hour nap.

Ive been up 4-5 hours before the sun rises for the last 1.5 year...Every..and I mean EVERY blooming day. Its just not right. But one does get to see some beautiful stary nights and fantastic shooting stars.:smile:

Half of each month I'm up till dawn...then I gradually get around to getting to sleep earlier and earlier till I awaken at dawn. Then I go backwards till again I'm up until dawn. I love to see both the sunrise and the sunset at least a handful of times each month... tonights sunset was particularly gorgeous with a cloud streaked swollen moon with orange hues... simply breathtaking...add Tom Waits spilling out his guteral crooning in 'Shore Leave'... some Cote-De-Brouilly 2005 and I'm full of it....


I will not be awake to see the sunrise...

I'm up before the sun. But that doesn't mean that the sun is going to shine here in Ohio. Today it did though, but boy was it cold.
