Ok, I have a question about these e-metal sites. I've been cruising around to the different e-metal sites, mainly e-gold and pecunix. I have some qualms about the system.

First of all what is up with these premiums? These third party sites charge anywhere from 1-5% to sell you e-metal. Then they charge you a % just to buy your e-metal. They get you when it comes in, they get you when it comes out. The spend fees are reasonable but people who I have discussed e-metals with give me the feeling that a lot of people think that its just not worth paying that percentage on these e-currencies.

Another question, which is a corollary of the above question is: where do these third party sites such as goldage.com and others get THEIR e-metal from? Do they buy it from the e-metal sites directly at some kind of discount? This seems kind of shady.

D if you want to have a position in the precious metal rally you have to take possession of it case closed. This e-crap is one big hustle.

Well I don't think anyone in their right mind is going to use gold backed e-currencies as an investment vehicle. I'm not talking about investing, I'm talking about using it as a currency.
