Edison to sell 66.3 pct stake in Italy's Serene to BG unit for 98 mln eur

MILAN (AFX) - Edison SpA said it has reached an agreement to sell a 66.3 pct stake in the Italian electricity company Serene SpA to BG Group PLC's local unit BG Italia SpA for 98 mln eur. The sale price is in line with the asset's book value, it added.
