TIARKaz, what do you mean that the "bullion is not working"?
I have been using 1 oz. silver Maples for close to 5 years now and have not had any problems at all. Let's go over your procedure step by step and see if there is something I can see that is causing a problem.
Do you use Maples for your electrodes?
Do you use distilled water for your process?
Do you clean your coins right after using them?
How do you clean them?
Do you scrub them with a Scotchbrite pad and then wash with soap and hot water, then rinse thoroughly with hot water and then rise with distilled water.
After you have cleaned them, do you allow them to air dry and then put them into a plastic bag, being careful not to touch and contaminate them?
Do you use a small plastic bag for each coin, and vent as much air out of the bag as possible?
Do you clean them again just before using them, using the same procedure as above?
Do you use an air pump in your process?
When you are processing, do you allow water to splash up onto the clamps that hold the coins?
Is your processing container glass?
Is processing container covered during the time you are using it?
Is the cover glass or plastic?
Do you wash it just before and after use, using soap and hot water, and then rinse with hot water?
Do you rinse it with distilled water and allow it to air dry?
Go over the above and see if what you are doing may be causing your problem. Post back if you have any questions.

Thanks for the lengthy reply. Your comments do a great job of outlining the steps to take to make CS.
My quote about the silver coins use was not well explained. My basic problem is that it is cumbersome to use the coins... I've found its not very easy to get them mounted in the container while preventing any splashing on the connectors. I think it would be much easier to use silver rods and be able to drill holes in the jar lid to drop them into the distilled water. I would be interested in hearing how you constructed your generator to get around these issues.
Thanks again...

Thanks again...I generate one quart at a time in a mayonaise jar.
The plastic lid was cut very carefully with two slots. They are just a hair narrower than the thickness of the coin and their length is just slightly shorter than the diameter of the coin. When the coin is shoved into the slot, the plastic has to deform slightly to accomodate the coin and this makes a seal around it. The same with the hole for the air line. It is just a few thousands of an inch smaller than the plastic tube. Below is a pic. of my system
