Federal Funds Interest Rates (1970-2003)
http://www.dallasfed.org/htm/data/data/rmfedfun.htm US Dollar Index (1970-2002) http://www.sharelynx.net/Charts/DX.gif The dollar value is following the Fed Funds Rates. Therefore I must contend that the dollar devaluation is intentional. Thoughts!
