Default Ron Paul demands apology from Giuliani

Ron Paul would make a GREAT American president: watch him effortlessly handle Wolf Blitzer with the class and the aplomb of a true statesman.

I agree. He also made the point that Rudy's actions are confirming the fact the he is a threat...not a so-called lower tier candidate that is to be ignored. Go Ron!

I disagree with one thing Ron says and think he should have went one small step further:

He said, "If our policy causes blowback, we should change it."

I don't necessarily agree with that. I would elaborate a bit on that and say this:

"If our policy causes blowback, we need to analyze it and determine if the blowback is less damaging than the alternative."

In other words, we may choose the blowback, we may not, but either way you acknowledge the blowback. HOWEVER, that opens the door for the Rudy's to say this is what we've already done is analyze it and choose that course, which of course is bull sh*t. I think what I'm saying is the 'truth' but not necessarily the best way to debate it. In fact, since typing this and thinking it through, I've decided Ron's way was best, but I'm still glad I took a second to think about it.

Mike.
