Question Help? - Article about Gold's monetary qualities

I've been having a discussion with a coworker about gold and why it makes a great money.

I'd like to show him an essay I read a while back but I can't remember where to find it.

I think it was by Mises, but I could be mistaken. In this essay, the author went through all the many reasons that gold makes good money. All it's attributes such as fungible, divisible, in limited supply, durable, etc..

Does anyone recognize this article and/or where it may be found?

I'm tired of telling my friend it's because "mammals love shiny things!"

Thanks in advance,

See Chapter 1 Section 3 (The Proper Qualities of Money)of this PDF document by Murray N. Rothbard.
