I'm only surprised it took so long. It reveals some material that the CIA had not made publicly available before, along with the required amount of
disinformation.

Married to the US Solicitor General Theodore Olson, a close aide and friend of President George W Bush, she was a prominent member of Washington's conservative elite; this group, which also included the Supreme Court Judge Clarence Thomas and the independent counsel Kenneth Starr, prompted Hillary Clinton to complain of a "vast right-wing conspiracy"....

From 1995 to 1996 Barbara Olson served as Chief Investigative Counsel for the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight. There she proved herself an intrepid collector and reviewer of documents regarding Hillary Clinton's supposed involvement in the White House's controversial firing of employees at its travel office, and the White House's murky acquisition of more than 900 FBI security files of past White House employees, mostly Republicans.

Barbara Olson had seen to it that Mrs Clinton answered written interrogatories under oath regarding the travel office dismissals and hence opened herself to perjury. The final judgment of Independent Counsel Robert Ray was that although Mrs Clinton had not been truthful she would not be prosecuted.

In 1996, Barbara Olson went on to serve as General Counsel to Senate Assistant Majority Leader, Senator Don Nickles. There she worked on the campaign finance investigation into President Clinton's 1996 re-election campaign.

After her work on the various congressional committees, Barbara Olson wrote Hell to Pay: The Unfolding Story of Hillary Rodham Clinton. The book, which accused Mrs Clinton of trying to "foment revolutionary changes from the uniform of a pink suit" was highly critical of the Clintons and sold very well. Hillary Clinton got her own back by voting against Ted Olson's appointment as Solicitor General when it came before the Senate in May 2001. Just weeks ago [written 22/11/2001] Senator Clinton was introduced to Barbara Olson in the Senate dining room; Hillary Clinton turned from Barbara Olson after saying: "I know who you are." Unabashed, Barbara Olson shot back: "And I know who you are. I wrote 300 pages about you."

Death

She was a passenger on American Airlines Flight 77 on her way to a taping of Politically Incorrect in Los Angeles (host Bill Maher left a panel seat vacant during the first week the show aired after the attacks), when it was flown into the Pentagon in the September 11, 2001 attacks. (She had been scheduled to take a earlier flight, but switched to that Flight 77 on that Tuesday, her husband's 61st birthday, in order to celebrate over dinner the night before.) She twice called her husband, then U.S. Solicitor General, from one of the phones in a passenger's seat, about 20 minutes before the plane hit the Pentagon, asking him "What can I do?".^[2]

These are things that have to be done to give us -- to plus up loopholes that exist in our federal legislation so that terrorists can't get away with the things that they did on September 11. We owe it. We -- every single one of us in this country owe it to the people who gave their lives on September 11 to do everything we possibly can, first against the people who did it and to prevent this from ever happening again.

Oswald didn't know the CIA was going to help him kill JFK. The CIA got wind of Oswalds assasination intent, and then they planted a hitmat in the grassy knoll to help him out.

Oswald would have testified that there is no way he shot all the bullets and since they didn't want Oswald to testify to this fact, they sent Ruby to shoot him.

The warren report states "On the sixth floor of the Depository Building, the Dallas police found three spent cartridges and a rifle. A nearly whole bullet was discovered on the stretcher used to carry Governor Connally at Parkland Hospital. As described in the preceding section, five bullet fragments were found in the President's limousine. The cartridge cases, the nearly whole bullet and the bullet fragments were all subjected to firearms identification analysis by qualified experts. It was the unanimous opinion of the experts that the nearly whole bullet, the two largest bullet fragments, and the three cartridge cases, were definitely fired from the rifle found on the sixth floor of the Depository Building to the exclusion of all other weapons. "

The CIA knew what kind of bullets Oswald would use and they used a handgun with the same bullets. When the bullets were analyzed, they must have been assumed to be from the same gun.

How long had Oswald been planning the assasination? Not very long according to public record. It was more a last minute opportunity that arose from being in the right place at the right time.

First of all, Oswald would have had a hard time with that testimony because it was not at all difficult for him to fire three rounds in 8 seconds - especially when considering his expertise with a rifle. The farthest shot would have been 88 yeards away and Oswald was extremely accurate from over 200 yards.

Jack Ruby was club owner, not a CIA agent. He was known to be extrememly patriotic and his family even testified to how distraught he was when JFK was killed. He specifically stated that he would kill Oswald if given the opportunity. Well, he gave himself the opportunity and he took it. He thought he was hero for killing the man who killed his beloved President.

Last I checked, 8 seconds falls somewhere inbetween 5.6 and 8.3.

What I can prove is that the man was a club owner who told his family and friends that if he had the oppportunity to, he would kill Oswald.
