Harmony vs Goldcorp charts

Here comes a little comparison between Harmony out of South Africa and Goldcorp out of Canada. I had expressed a theory that this gold bull will be different than the last major in '80. Is there going to be different leaders this time around?

Goldcorp recently topped Harmony for share price and the spread is widening.
While Goldcorps' stock price has powered steadily ahead, Harmony has been jumpy. Moving in fits and starts, Harmony has now dropped below Goldcorp.

Much of this has to do with the 'perceived' risk of SA miners and politics, the richly appreciating Rand currency (although the Canadian dollar has also been motoring ever higher), and the future for each company.
