Bush smirks and jokes before "war speech"
Here is our "leader". You would think he would be more somber and professional before the news he is about to deliver.
Someone hit the live feed button and many moments were broadcast of Bush before he told the nation that their sons and daughters would be going to the Gulf to kill and be killed. Note the smirking. Note the joking. Note the giddiness.
